I love eyelash extensions and if you do too, you know how pricey they can get, especially when you're getting fills every couple of weeks. I obviously, like probably most of you who've tried eyelash extensions, prefer the extensions since they look the most natural compared to false band lashes, if you know you know dont come for me.
I'm trying to save up money though and investing it into stocks and my future instead of lashes, trying to be a more financially responsible adult blah blah blah, more on that in my upcoming Finance Tips blog series, so I'm cutting back on my extensions addiction.. well at least for now.
There are soo many lash brands out there and choosing one is hard. You never know if you're going to receive the item advertised in pictures, whether they'll look like plastic/shiny, are long and fluffy or natural looking, are actually reusable, or if they're flimsy. Lashes also come in different band lengths and thicknesses.
Personally, I like clear bands for a more natural looking lash line with out feeling the need to wear eyeliner but I also do like the thicker cotton bands. If you apply them correctly you can definitely get away with a natural looking lash line with or without eyeliner. Applying them takes practice so don't beat yourself up if you can't get it right the first time.
I loove when I find a good pair of lashes and I'm not one to gatekeep soo if you're looking for lashes that look like extensions, natural or glam, check these out on Amazon.
- Eyelashes Russian Strip Lashes Clear Band D Curl Fluffy Wispy Lashes Natural Cat Eye Lashes Look like Extensions by Yawamica, $8.99
These lashes have a clear band so are perfect for that clean natural look and you literally get 10 pairs for the price of $8.99*. I personally loved these. See below for a picture of me wearing them #nofilter. I do prefer more of a glam look but these lashes definitely exceeded my expectations.

Lily Lashes are a bit pricier but in my opinion worth it if you're going for a glam or everyday look, you do you boo. They have so many different styles and claim you can get up to 25 wears. The Miami Flare style is a wispy set with 16 mm, 3D mink lashes.
I also love Ardell lashes. This is also a cheaper alternative but definitely get clean girl makeup look vibes with volume. You get a 4 pack of clear band lashes at $9.95*, which is my favorite, but these are also totally worth adding to your collection.

Omg if you haven't tried this lash glue I'm gonna need you to stop reading right here and not only add it to your cart and leave it sitting there for daaays but actually buy it, please trust me on this. Ever since I switched to this brand I have not had issues. Granted I've had more practice applying lashes but this glue is actually pretty strong.
Drop a comment and let me know if you try any of these products and if you love them as much as I do. Also, if you have other lash recommendations I'd love to hear about them as I'm always looking for good full volume extension look alikes.
If you made it this far, I really appreciate you stopping by ❤️
